Hörmann sectional garage door, Runcorn

This is a door we installed for a customer in Runcorn, Cheshire. A Hörmann sectional garage door was chosen in white, which is a very sleek looking door and looks lovely in this brick opening.

A sectional door is one of the highest quality doors we install for customers. They consist of four panels that are hinged, the door opens straight up and requires no kick-out, meaning a vehicle can be parked close to the door. Hörmann sectional doors are very secure and are also fully insulated, which helps to keep the house warm if the garage leads into the house.

The door is fully automated and can be operated by simply pressing a button on one of the two remote controls that are supplied with the door, you can also use the control panel on the garage door operating system too. The operator features a light, that will come on when the door is operated and stays on for a short time to help illuminate the garage.

All automated doors we install all feature safety systems that are built in to prevent the door damaging anything whilst in operation. If the door meets any obstacles, it will stop and reverse. We offer a very affordable service plan to help look after your door too. We check the whole installation and fixings, safety systems, replacing any batteries in remotes and lubricating and cleaning the door, which helps to keep the door looking and working like new.

With this installation, all of the old materials and previous door were removed from site and everything left tidy as always. We also clad around the door with matching uPVC trims and fascia to bring the whole job together.
