Carteck sectional automatic doors, Preston

We recently installed these two Carteck sectional garage doors for a customer in Preston. They look stunning with the window option chosen and the customer was very happy with these gorgeous  modern and fully automatic garage doors.

The old type of door shown in the picture is firstly dismantled and removed from the garages. Everything we remove is disposed of responsibly and steel etc mostly gets recycled. We can then go about preparing the brickwork openings, removing any old sealants and paint.

The new doors can then start to be installed. We start with the framework of the new Carteck doors and then the track system. The panels are the last item we install and we are always careful to set our doors up correctly so that everything runs smoothly. We also take great care with our pcv work on the front of the garages too and we take pride in our finishing touches.

Carteck sectional garage doors are very simple to use. Each door comes with two remote controls as standard and the doors will open at the press of a button. Each remote also has multiple buttons, meaning that we can code both doors into each remote, so the customer can open any of the doors with any remote control. Extra remotes or internal push buttons are available should you need more. The doors also feature safety systems that won’t allow the door to crush anything. If the door touches an obstacle while closing, it will simply stop and reverse.

These doors are about as good as it gets in terms of quality and security. We have installed many Carteck doors over the years and our customers tell us they love them. Fully insulated and simple to use, they will keep lasting and looking great for many years.

Most types of garage doors are recommended to have a regular service to keep them working smoothly and to avoid stress on parts. We offer to service our doors annually at very reasonable prices where we spend a good bit of time cleaning and lubricating relevant parts, inspecting all fixings, checking safety system and adjusting spring tension as this can change over time. The doors also get a thorough clean. This helps to avoid strain on parts, like the motor and will keep your garage doors working and looking just like new.
