Carteck sectional garage door, Wilmslow
Installed this week for a customer at this nice house in Wilmslow. Chosen in a anthracite grey colour with a satin finish, this fully automatic door is a great finishing touch to this home.
Sectional type garage doors are one of the highest standards of door we install for customers. They consist of four horizontal panels that open directly upwards and into the gararge. This means there is no kick out like many up and over types of door.
We install all of our doors with care and attention to detail, whatever type of door you have. All our finishing touches and framing with uPVC trims or flatboard etc are done neatly with no mess left afterwards. We are always tidy and remove all materials from site too, which we recycle where possible. This door was chosen in a nice anthracite grey to match the front door. We framed it in white to give a nice contrast and fresh look.
Other main benefits of sectional garage doors are their security systems, which are highly secure and also that they are fully insulated panels with no gaps around. This creates a grear barrier and will keep your home warmer if attached to the garage or has rooms above. The door is fully automoatic and can be operated simply by using one of the two remotes supplies. Extras are available as well as internal remote push buttons for inside the house, for example.
The operator control box in the garage also has controls for the door and a handy light that will stay on for a short while to illuminate the garage for you while the door has been used. The door also importantly has an integral safety system that will trigger if the door comes into contact with an obstacle. If this happens, the door will stop and reverse.
You can read more about this garage door system in the brochure here or check out this demo video that shows how it all works.
