Hörmann Rollmatic T, Mouldsworth, Chester

Here's something a little bit different. This customer in the area of Mouldworth in Chester had built a stunning timber garage. Our job was to install a Hörmann Rollmatic T automatic roller door. The door was chosen in a rosewood colour.

As you can see, there are some nice touches on the garage timber work and the customer can now park their car with ease. Opening the door is as simple as pressing a button on one of the two remote controls that come as standard with the door. There are also many other options available such as internal wireless push buttons and you can also use your mobile phone to control the door by setting it up with an app on your phone.

The door is fully insulated and very secure. Hörmann garage doors are very high quality and the finish on the doors will not fade or change shade over time. Another advantage of a roller door is that they are space saving. There is no kick-out on the door, meaning a car can be parked close to it, there are also no tracks and width restrictions inside the garage.

Regarding insulation, each lath  has insulated foam between the aluminium and this will help to keep any home warmer if the garage is attached to the house. There is a sturdy rubber seal on the bottom of the door curtain which creates a seal to the floor and stops any weather and debris from entering the garage.

The Hörmann Rollmatic T has an in-built safety system that will not allow the door to crush anything whilst closing. If the door meets an obstacle, it will simply stop and reverse. We think you'll agree that this installation looks lovely in it's surroundings.
