Two Hormann sectional doors, Great Sutton, Wirral

We don't often get two jobs as close together as this! These two nice neighbors in Great Sutton, Wirral decided on having new doors and keeping to the same style and type. We installed Hormann automatic sectional garage doors in a Georgian style.

The installations were completed to look the same, so care was taken with the finishing off on the outside of the garages, making sure the uPVC elements matched nicely. As you can see, we installed new fascia board and trims around both installations to suit.

As per usual, our first step is to safely remove the old doors and frames, which were removed from site and recycled or disposed of appropriately. We could then start building up the door framework and install the panels. Both doors were fitted with the Hormann SupraMatic operating system, which is built to operate larger doors. The system comes with hand held remote controls as standard, plus there are many handy extras available, such as internal push buttons and features that allow you to check the position of your door from inside your home.

Hormann sectional doors are insulated and highly secure, they are ideal for larger size doors due the smooth nature of their operation. There are also safety features built in to the operating system, should the door come into contact with an obstacle, it will safely stop and reverse to avoid potentially crushing anything.

We offer a "no obligation" service plan for our doors if you require us to service your door once a year. This keeps on top of lubrication, safety checks and any other alterations to keep the door working smoothly. It also keeps the door warranty valid, as doors often require basic maintenance to maintain the manufacturers warranty.
