AlluGuard roller door in anthracite grey

This automatic AlluGuard roller door was fitted for a customer in Stalybridge, Tameside. It was to replace an old door that had seen a few bashes over the years.

The old door and timber frame were removed, then we cleaned up the opening in preparation for the new door. We also fitted an emergency manual release system. When the garage door is the only point of entry to a garage, this allows the customer to unlock a secure manual mechanism on the exterior of the garage, then wind the door up by hand in the event of a power failure for example.

The door features an integral alarm as standard and is powered by a somfy motor which carries a 5 year warranty. It comes with two remote controls and has a handy light on the control box that will turn on for a short time when the door is operated.

AlluGuard roller doors carry the Secured by Design badge which means the product conforms to Police Preferred Specification.
