Installation of garage door power operated mechanism.

Further to the work you undertook at my property on 20 February 2008, I am writing to offer you my sincere thanks for the efficient and prompt way in which this work was undertaken. As you will recall, the old mechanism which had been installed by another supplier had failed and thus I was not able to gain access to my garage.

I was very impressed by the way, in which your fitter undertook the new installation, the work was undertaken with minimum fuss and when completed, I was given clear instructions about the way the product operated. The fitter tidied the area in which he had worked and was very co-operative and helpful. I am a disabled customer and rely on the automatic mechanism to operate the door, as I would not be able to lift it manually. The product has a smooth operation, is easy to operate with either one of the two remote controls supplied, and much quieter and unobtrusive than my previous mechanism.

Overall, I am delighted with the standard of the work and the empathetic way in which you have dealt with my enquiry, from the intial telephone call I made, to the completion of the work.

I have therefore no hesitation in recommending the work of your company.

I would like to say how delighted I am with my Pennine remote control garage door.

I live alone and I am confined to a wheelchair. I have a mobility scooter which I keep in the garage, and as I originally had an up and over garage door, it was hard work getting my scooter out.
